SKAFTFELL BISTRO
Offering traditional Icelandic fare with an innovative twist, Skaftell Bistro focuses on sustainability and respect for the natural environment. The chefs work with fresh ingredients, from the sea and the land surrounding the area, supporting local farmers and fishermen, as well as other producers. A designated area is devoted to the artist Dieter Roth, who lived and worked in Seyðsifjörður in the last decade of his life, showcasing his works and other contemporary artists from East Iceland.
