Walking into Palli’s knife-making workshop is an experience in itself. Using Damascus and stainless steel for the blades and crafting handles from materials available in the Viking age such as whale teeth, antlers and horns, his shop offers a wide selection of skillfully crafted knives. Custom knives are available, made-to-order within 4-8 weeks. Opening hours are flexible, so call ahead.
